WHAT IS
CONCRETE
CAULKING?
Caulking the joints and cracks in concrete is the best way to stop water from getting under your concrete. This is probably the most important thing you can do to keep your driveway or concrete slab from sinking. We recommend that you even caulk expansion joints in your concrete.
Why You Should Caulk Concrete?
Prevents water from getting under the slab. Water under slabs can cause washouts that create buckling, breaking and shifting.
Prevents weeds, grass and other unwanted foliage from growing in the slabs control joints.
It is the most cost effective approach to taking good care of areas where two concrete surfaces join and is an important part of improving the overall durability and longevity of concrete.
